Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
Delays and Address Issues
Delivery dates are estimates. Contact support@urbanglowy.com promptly if an address is incorrect or a shipment appears delayed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.
Shipping-Time Compliance
